Back Orders
Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered upon customer request. We will attempt to notify you if any item on your order is not in stock or if there is a shortage with your order. We reserve the right to substitute items in event of out of stock or discontinuation of an item. Only an item of equal quality and value will be substituted.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time as long as they have not already gone to the shipping department. Special order items will incur a 20% cancellation fee if item has already been ordered. Custom Made items can not be cancelled after 48 hours. No cancellation fee will be incurred on special order or custom made items if cancellation is within 24 hours of receipt of order. No order can be cancelled once it has already shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: If we receive a chargeback for ordered items, your account will be suspended until dispute is settled.
Shipping
Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to your order. UPS Next-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request as long as order is placed before 12 PM Central time for same day shipping, and the item(s) are in stock, please email [email protected]
to make sure your expedited order can be fulfilled. We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damaged caused by freight handling. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery by the freight carrier. We also reserves the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers. We do reserve the right to change shipping methods IF we see that we can get the product to you in a more timely manner at a comparable cost.
